MazeMap Workplace repeatedly earns
EcoVadis bronze medal

We’re proud to announce that MazeMap Workplace has once again been awarded a Bronze Medal by EcoVadis, the world’s most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings. In the 2025 assessment, we are one of the top 14% companies in our sector, Computer programming, consultancy and related activities, globally.

EcoVadis evaluates sustainability performance across a wide range of criteria within four central themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Our improved score reflects our continued efforts to strengthen our sustainability practices and performance across the board.

Strong Results in Key Areas:

Over the past year, we’ve taken several steps to enhance our sustainability strategy, resulting in high scores in nearly all categories. Our standout achievements include:

Environment – We continue to operate our office spaces on 100% renewable energy, calculate and offset our carbon emissions annually, increased the share of sustainable commuting to 76% and publish these efforts in our Sustainability Report.
Labor & Human Rights – Improvements in these areas are thanks to our new performance management platform that facilitates career development, fair salaries and a 360° feedback culture, as well as new employee trainings focusing on diversity, anti-harassment and anti-bullying.
Ethics – Clear governance structures, strong ethical and information security practices remain a core part of our business operations.

We have been classified as “Advanced” in these categories, which means that our commitment in these areas is well above the global average!

Sustainable Procurement: A Focus Area for 2025

Sustainable procurement remains the area with the greatest potential for expansion. Due to our relatively small and low-risk supply chain, this category has been less prioritized in the past. However, we recognize the importance of responsible sourcing and are addressing it with new initiatives.

In 2025, we are introducing a new supplier management system, including structured assessments and approval procedures, that will increase transparent and sustainable procurement practices to drive improvements in this area.

Looking Ahead

Being reassessed by EcoVadis each year provides us with valuable feedback and a clear path toward continuous improvement. The jump from 61 to 65 points and our position in the top 14% of our sector affirms that our efforts are making a measurable difference.

Sustainability remains core to our mission - not only within the boundaries of our own company. Our technology supports companies in improving efficient usage of office resources, reducing building-related emissions, enabling hybrid work models and improving the workplace experience for their employees - all with sustainability in mind.
