Our mission:
Creating better workplaces
Thing-it is a leading software company based in Frankfurt's Westend district. Since 2016, the company has been developing an innovative workplace experience platform that supports large companies in optimizing their space management and creating motivating work environments. Thing-it develops tailor-made sharing and rightsizing concepts that can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements and thus provide the basis for modern hybrid working models.
In August 2025, Thing-it became part of MazeMap. Since then, we have combined our expertise in space efficiency and workplace experience with MazeMap's leading indoor navigation to create a new standard for a user-centric workplace experience.
The intelligent Thing-it platform covers a wide range of booking scenarios, including rooms, desks and parking spaces.
The sensor-driven usage analysis results in the most comprehensive data cube in the industry, which serves as the basis for strategic decisions.
A user-friendly app allows employees to organize their working day flexibly and book a workstation at short notice, for example. This not only increases productivity, but also creates a working environment in which everyone feels comfortable and can work together creatively.
Thing-it guarantees the highest security standards and attaches great importance to seamless integration into existing systems. Thanks to the comprehensive MS 365 integration, users can make meeting invitations including room bookings as usual and all data is still managed centrally in Outlook.
