Schwalbach im Taunus, November 9, 2022 – The smart real estate operations platform MazeMap Workplace has received ISO 27001 certification. This confirms that MazeMap Workplace software meets the high requirements of the standard with regard to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. This saves the technology company's customers the working time and costs that would be incurred by conducting their own audits. In addition to information security, MazeMap Workplace's ISO 27001 certification also ensures data protection.

Compliance with the standard ensures that we continuously monitor and optimize our information security. This is how we protect our users' company and customer data and store, process, and delete it according to predefined security standards," explains Ella Wotschal, Information Security Officer at Thing Technologies. She was responsible for the certification and is exclusively responsible for data security at Thing Technologies. In the course of the certification, the processes for the MazeMap Workplace product were further optimized in terms of IT security.

The standard also includes Thing Technologies GmbH - 15.12.2021 2 /2 requirements for how information security risks are assessed and handled in the company.
