MazeMap Workplace has once again been awarded the EcoVadis Bronze Medal
We are pleased to announce that MazeMap Workplace has once again been awarded the EcoVadis Bronze Medal. EcoVadis is the world’s leading provider of sustainability assessments for companies. In the 2025 assessment, we rank among the top 14% of companies in our sector (computer programming, consultancy, and related activities) worldwide.

EcoVadis evaluates sustainability performance based on numerous criteria across four key areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. Our improved rating reflects the consistent advancement of our sustainability strategy.
Strong results in key areas
Over the past year, we have implemented several initiatives that have resulted in high ratings across nearly all categories. Particularly noteworthy:
Environment – We continue to power our offices entirely with renewable energy, calculate and offset our CO₂ emissions annually, have increased the proportion of sustainable commutes to 76%, and publish these measures in our sustainability report.
Labor & Human Rights – We owe the improvements in this area to our new performance management platform. It promotes career development, fair pay, and a culture of 360-degree feedback. This is complemented by new training programs on diversity, anti-harassment, and anti-bullying.
Ethics – Clear governance structures and robust ethical and information security standards remain an integral part of our business operations.
In these categories, we were classified as “Advanced” —meaning our commitment is well above the global average.
Sustainable Procurement: A Priority Area for 2025
Given our relatively small and low-risk supply chain, this area has not been a top priority in the past. However, we recognize the importance of responsible sourcing—and we are addressing it specifically through new measures.
In 2025, we will implement a new supplier management system, including structured evaluations and approval processes. The goal is to achieve greater transparency and sustainability in procurement —and thus measurable progress in this area.
Outlook
The annual assessment by EcoVadis provides us with valuable feedback and a clear path to continuous improvement. The jump from 61 to 65 points and our ranking in the top 14% of our sector confirm that our efforts are paying off.
Sustainability is a central part of our mission—and it extends beyond our own company.
