The add-in makes it possible to order catering directly when booking a room in Outlook - similar to a delivery service. Users put together the desired products, with the system taking into account rules such as minimum order quantities. The caterer receives automatic notifications after orders and in the event of changes.
The booking process is thus simplified and managed systematically. An additional system or order lists are not necessary!
If the room needs to be prepared for catering or needs to be cleaned later, the add-in only shows available rooms and automatically blocks the additional times in a separate appointment.
